Shipping and Handling

We offer free shipping through FedEx for most products in the continental United States. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping time within the United States is 5-6 days. For slow-moving items, shipping times are updated in real time, so please double check your options when placing your order.

*Please keep in mind that delivery of your shipment may be delayed in the event of national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Address Modification

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at sales@venace.com as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if the product has not yet start to ship. If the product is in the progress of delivery, it cannot be canceled. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, Venace will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. For more return detail you can see Return Policy.

Backordered Items

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you. Tips Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. Other considerations

If you find that the logistics package is damaged after receipt, please take a photo in time to keep the evidence of damage and labels on the outside of the package for verification.
